We ship anywhere in Canada! 

We believe in complete transparency with our customers. In order to offer you the best possible prices, shipping rates are not factored into the price that you see. We always negotiate the best possible shipping rates to your area on your behalf that you will select when you check out, leaving even more savings in your wallet! 

Our products are manufactured, then sent to you directly. No retailers, no middle-men.


We have multiple shipping/delivery options:

1. Truck – “Special Promo”– We are happy to offer a special flat-rate of $99 or less on shipping to multiple cities throughout Canada.

2. Select your carrier (UPS, Canada Post). Select any of the available shipping options to your area when you are checking out – standard shipping rates apply. **Please note: not all shipping methods are available for all products. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Shopping for your home should be an exciting experience. We will make every effort to ensure the product you buy will suit your space and your needs.

Online Purchase Policy

How to return an item you bought online

Please contact us within 30 days of the purchase of your item by calling us at 1-800-474-6710 or sending us a message at support@corliving.com. Someone from our customer service team will contact you within one business day to issue an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and provide further instructions.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Or, we can arrange shipping for you, and deduct costs from your refund once processed.

Once your item has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days on your original form of payment.

If you are located in the Vancouver Area, you can also return your item at our clearance outlet store in Surrey, BC.  Your refund will be processed on your original form of payment.

Returned items are subject to inspection and evaluation prior to given refund. Items must be in original new packaging. Items not in original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All items marked “final sale” items are not returnable.

In-Store Purchase Policy

Items marked “VA” on your receipt can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are subject to inspection and evaluation. Original proof of purchase is required. Products being returned must be unassembled, complete with all pieces and in its original packaging. All items marked “CLC” on your original receipt are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange and are not covered under our standard furniture warranty.

Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store.

 

We recommend that proper room and furniture measurements be taken before purchasing. We are able to have low prices on quality furniture as long as we aim to have our customers purchase wisely.
